Practices and Tournaments
Apex Basketball Runs 8th, 9th, and 10th Grade Teams For Fall and Spring. The Fall Season runs from late August to mid-November. The Spring Season runs from mid-March to early-June.
8th and 9th Grade: Practices will take place at FCDS. Apex encourages practices with 8th and 9th graders to increase competition and introduce Middle Schoolers to High School Basketball. There will be time for each team to practice individually as well, developing their own plays and chemistry.
Practice: Wednesday 5:30-7:00, Friday 5:30-7:00
After the 5:30-7:00 p.m. practice range on Friday, there is an optional hour from 7:00-8:00 p.m. of skill work. This extra hour is completely optional and has no direct effect on a player's playing time. However, if you are able to attend, players are highly encouraged.

Tryouts For The Fall AAU Programs Will Take Place In Late-August at FCDS.
The official tryout dates for the 10th Grade Teams will be Tuesday, August 29th.
